Strixar app for iPhone and iPad

The STRIXAR app is an AR-app for the commercial real estate industry. The app uses AR-Kit to give tenants a better basis for decision making when looking for a new office and we will continue to add new projects to this app over time.

The 3D-model in this first version comes from an office floor in a Class A office building in New York. In this particular AR experience, the space has a tenant in occupancy, which means that the office is not available for viewing by prospective tenants. By using the STRIXAR AR-app, and experiencing a virtual version of the office space, future tenants can get a much better perception of the space compared to just looking at photos and a regular floor plan.

The STRIXAR AR-app can be viewed in dollhouse mode (bird view) but also in scale 1:1. There are three different layout options in the app demo and a feature for switching between day and night mode. When zoomed in to scale 1:1, the virtual office space can be navigated by holding up an iPad or iPhone and physically walking around, or by toggling the walk feature on the screen. To navigate out of 1:1 mode, simply zoom out back to dollhouse mode.
